Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Stautbronx LLC, operated by Bobby J. Stuart in San Jose, California, provides event-space preparation and breakdown services including table and chair arrangement, decoration setup, party supply organization, post-event breakdown, and basic cleanup. Stautbronx is not a catering company, cleaning company, janitorial service, event venue, or full-service event planner.
2. Services Not Provided
Stautbronx does not provide food preparation, food handling, food serving, beverage or alcohol service, cooking, catering, electrical installation, structural installation, hazardous-material removal, professional deep cleaning, venue rental, or security services. Requesting these services is outside the scope of our agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for confirming that their venue permits outside setup assistance, providing accurate event details, having all client-supplied decorations and supplies ready at the venue, providing clear layout instructions, and designating a contact person for the event day. Stautbronx is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate client information.
4. Booking and Availability
Service availability is confirmed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after direct communication and agreement between the client and Bobby J. Stuart.
5. Service Area
Stautbronx primarily serves San Jose, California. Service for events outside San Jose is considered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Travel area and availability must be confirmed before booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stautbronx LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the services provided for the specific event in question.
